We're sharing a community announcement on our blog from Mike Williams, which is our Winter 2024 Product & Community Update. This was originally shared as an announcement post in the community here.
Hey all, you might have noticed lots of updates to our main platform & community over the past few weeks. I wanted to help put a more formal update here to help share more about them with our Winter 2024 Product & Community Update.

We’ve made a few design and messaging updates to our homepage that help reflect a more refined direction. While updating our homepage, we also updated our join page, which has our membership offerings. You’ll also notice our new team plans that we’re offering for 5+ more memberships.

We’ve updated our Marketplace Toolkit, which is where you can now find 40+ tools, ranging from identity verification tools, marketplace payment providers, searching & ranking tools, embedded insurance, and more.
We created Marketplace Launch, which is a place for founders to launch (and relaunch) their marketplace after completing Marketplace School.
We've created a directory with recommended service providers for product, design, development, marketing, growth, accounting, legal, founder coaching, and more needs. You can easily find recommended consultants, advisors, & fractional experts to hire for these services using our Expert Directory.

You’ll notice updates that we made to the community with new spaces, specific tags for posts in spaces, improved navigation, community calendar updates, and more. We’ve made these updates to not only improve the initial onboarding experience, but help make it easier to find specific spaces, the most relevant posts, resources that have been shared, and also join our community events.
I’d love to hear feedback from everyone on our new updates and even suggestions on how we can improve them. As always, we’re continually updating our products, resources, and the community here based on feedback from community members.
