With the Everything Marketplaces community presence growing in cities like Los Angeles, we've started hosting local meetups to help bring together community members.

We recently hosted a Marketplace Chat & Meetup on 6/8 in Los Angeles, which was part of LA Tech Week. We had a really great turnout with over 125+ marketplace founders, teams, & leaders from the community attending. We were also joined by special guests Andrew Chen and Olivia Moore from a16z, along with Aziz Alghunaim from Nash for a moderated chat on marketplaces from both the founder and investor point of view. We followed this up with a casual meetup, where members had the chance to meet. We shared a recap post with 50+ pictures in the community that you can see here. We wanted to share more about it on our blog to help highlight some of our community members in Los Angeles.
