Terawatt is launching its services in the hospital sector with a focus on using group coaching to reduce burnout and voluntary turnover. Our solution is a win-win: the admin side saves millions of dollars by reducing recruitment & onboarding spend, and employees (doctors, nurses and staff) receive the practical management education they’re lacking. We have data showing that group coaching reduces turnover a few percentage points a year, leading to massive organizational savings in replacement costs.
We’re seeking 500+ employee, North American hospitals interested in exploring how custom group coaching (soft skills, management training, personal assessments, etc.) can reduce hospital measures like burnout, turnover, sick days, cost to replace and improve patient experience. This project will involve comprehensive assessment, measurement, and evaluation through custom questionnaires, control groups, focus groups, and lunch & learns.
