Hi, I’m Nick Tsang, co-founder of Skyfarer Academy — a platform that merges edtech, aviation, and marketplace elements, aiming to make quality flight instruction accessible online.

We offer live supplemental training to build safer skies, by connecting pilots with instructors online. Our tagline is: “Connecting pilots with experienced flight instructors for personalized aviation training.” We’re thrilled to officially launch after 3.5 months of development and a 2-month soft launch. We are now part of the Founder Institute Boston-New York Fall 2024 program.

Skyfarer Academy is a marketplace focused on bridging the gaps in aviation training. With over 70% of student pilots dropping out before certification, a lack of timely, personalized instruction remains a significant barrier. Our platform addresses this by offering engaging 1-on-1 live online sessions with vetted instructors, designed to supplement traditional training.
