I am Shreya Prakash, Co-founder & CEO of FlexiBees, and I am here to launch the FlexiBees Marketplace (beta)!

FlexiBees is a vetted talent marketplace for flexible work via women professionals. We help SMBs and startups hire experienced remote professionals via models that are affordable and on-demand; and our women pool re-enter or stay back in the workforce through the lever of flexibility.

As to why does the world need another one, when we already have an Upwork or a Fiverr?

Good question!

It is because of our Vetting tech. Imagine us as an Upwork with a layer of vetting on top, that enables better quality matches (70% business from repeat clients!) and across roles which are core and operational (Digital Marketing, Sales, Finance are a few of our biggest functions apart from Content, Design, Tech etc). It does the hard work of curating top-matches so busy founders and team leaders don’t have to spend hours wading through resumes or job applications.

FlexiBees is not our first rodeo! We have existed before this as a platform - helped 800+ businesses across the US, Europe, UAE, India and Singapore hire - with a high degree of vetting automation and a candidate self-serve, but with this launch, we have built the self-serve for our clients also.
