Neoshi is a seasoned operator who’s helped scale some of the world’s most iconic platforms, including Airbnb, where she spent 7 years building and launching global marketplaces. She now works with early-stage founders as an advisor and fractional COO, helping marketplaces go from 0-1 and 1-scale with speed, structure, and customer obsession.

At Airbnb, Neoshi was an early hire on the Experiences team and led teams across supply acquisition, onboarding, product operations, and GTM. She later led GTM operations for Airbnb’s $7B Monthly Stays business, designing and launching programs across product, sales, ops, and marketing to accelerate growth.

Currently, she works with marketplace founders to define their operating model, stand up core GTM motions, improve conversion and retention, and build systems that scale. Neoshi specializes in early-stage execution and brings deep experience building in complex, high-trust categories across consumer services, travel, and education.
