Andrew can provide consulting for the following:
- Positioning, Narrative, & Fundraising: Working with founders and operators across various stages to help establish and refine their stories, which is essential to being able to recruit world-class talent, team, building, along with fundraising.
- Organization & Operations: Creating the right teams and systems to enable a marketplace flywheel to spin is the key to successful execution, both in the beginning and with expansion. This includes reviewing existing teams and processes, or even develop a plan from scratch based on experience running marketplace playbooks.
- Models, Metrics & Outcomes: No plan is complete without rigorous goals and data. It's critical to consider the downstream impacts of the metrics and goals you select. This often includes working with teams to create a model from the ground up or help tease out the key levers in a more mature plan. With access to data, this will help determine which key metrics provide the best view into the health of your marketplace, whether it’s through buyer unit economics or supply side liquidity.
